THE COMPLETE INVERSION EXPERIENCE

TOTAL INVERSION

For Total Inversion, With your Legs Facing the Roof/Ceiling and Your Head at the Ground, Take the Following Steps:-

  • Remove the Nylon Strap (This releases the Inversion Table from Partial Inversion Lock)
  • Embark onto the Inversion Table as before with your Arms resting on your Chest
  • Move your hands towards your Head to Invert and Use your hands to get back into Position
  • Practice Deep Breathing While in the Inverted Position
  • Bend your knees to Return to the Horizontal Position
  • Rest in the Horizontal Position for a few moments to avoid getting dizzy

TO DISEMBARK – TO GET OFF THE INVERSION TABLE

  • Bend your knees slightly with Arms Stretched across the sides of your body
  • The Inversion Table will get back to its original position
  • Get off the Inversion Table
