How to Use an Inversion Table – General Guide Article 2 of 3

GENERAL RULE OF SAFETY OR PRECAUTION

The first time you use the Inversion Table, ask someone to be there besides you as you start your very First and Ultimate Inversion

PARTIAL INVERSION

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

IDEAL SETTINGS THE FIRST TIME 

  • Get into position – stand with both feet on either side of the Table and rest on the seat
  • Put your Feet in the Insert and pull the Padded Lock to Secure Your Feet (This will hold the weight of your whole body during Inversion)
  • Gently lean backwards and rest your body onto the Inversion Table and eventually rest your Head
  • Rest your hands on your Chest
  • The Inversion Table will balance horizontally – as your legs will raise up and must stop at a horizontal level – similar to how a seesaw operates. This means you have positioned Inversion Table Properly.
  • The Pivot Point must be At Half Way between your Body
  • You can move your Inversion Table Backward by simply moving your Arm/s Gently back and to move froward bring your Arm/s Forward
  • To get back into your Upright Position, Slide Back your Knees and the Inversion Table will go back to its Original Position when you first started at Step One

TO CORRECT THE INCORRECT SETTINGS

  1. If you get onto the Inversion Table and after you have mounted the Table, You still remain in the same position as if you were standing, without any movement then:-
  • Get Off the Inversion Table
  • Increase the Height Adjustment by One Inch (Or Decrease If this does not Work)
  • This should Fix the Issue and bring it to your Ideal Settings

2.  If you get onto the Inversion Table and after you have mounted the Table,   You Move Very Quickly in the Reverse Direction and Into a Partial Inversion Without Having to use

your Arms Then:-

PARTIAL INVERSION

  • Bend your Knees and reverse the Inversion until you are back to your Starting Position
  • Get Off the Inversion Table
  • Reduce and or Increase the Height Adjustment by One Inch Until you find the Right or Comfortable Horizontal Elevation Level

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

CAUTION : EVERYTHING YOU DO HAS TO BE VERY GENTLE TO GET THE MAXIMUM BENEFIT FROM THE ULTIMATE INVERSION TABLE
